Focus

This month I didn't have any particular focus. I just worked on issues in my info bubble.

Changes

• git-imerge: use python3 by default
• youtube-dl: add RTRFM radio station extractor
• ifenslave: cleanup, fix infinite recursion, fix missing variables
• check-all-the-things: update URLs, add many sources of and ideas for new checks
• how-can-i-help: ignore debhelper cruft, build manual page from source, prevent printing autorm header unless needed
• apt-listchanges: cleanups (1 2 3 4), remove hardcoding, add latest option, syslog/log frontends and title disable option, configuration directory
• lintian: use UTF-8 aware spelling sorting, fix wording (1 2)
• spelling dictionaries: codespell (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8), lintian (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9)
• Debian usertags QA: drop hardcoding, ignore cruft, refactor, add rename/transfer/copy functions, debug mode (1 2)
